I liked the instrumental long beginning: I say 'A job well done'! 
The vocal seems a bit forced and sounds like you're having a hard time getting all the tones out...
Your voice will need a lot of exercise I think. But it will get better once you keep on singing and doing it more. There's great potential in what you're trying to do with your vocal chords

well, I recall this being recorded a long time ago, so I'll give you a soul interpretation.
Relaxing beginning, and that's a real tight arrangement, very easy slips from mood to mood, and those chords are so contrasted emotionally.
Whatever that synth is, it's got some sweet ambience in it, and the panning is nice.
I like this stage of your voice, it's tortured, but in songs like Good Sinse it had that same edge with a more laid back attack.
This is a kickass song, damn fine chorus-type thing before the solo.
you've got this gift for giveing every instrument a way to fit into the song, everything has a different, yet congruent style for each song, it's so difficult to do that sometimes.
Nice drums
Head bobber.
Yeah, the instrumentation on this is really tight.

Hmm, this sounds sooo familiar..
Dreamy and very romantic intro! Very sweet!
And then you come up with the drums, perfect! I really like it's rythm and instrumental composition, it all flows one into the other, really great!
For some reason, I like the way you kinda force your voice, it really fits the song! It adds to its emotion, seriously... gives it a very nice rough touch without takin' away it's melodramatic side!
Mmmm, I totally adore the guitar at the outro of the song, very catching! This is a very relaxing song, totally chill, just the way I love it!
You're a very talented person Mark! Keep doing your stuff!!!

Perhaps I repeat myself as I remember commenting this song a long time ago but...
I totally disagree with EllyKellner. The world is full of great singers - whats important is to stand out. I listen to ALOT of music and this style of singing/tone (especially that transition from edgy to "round" tone you do for example at 1:45-1:55) you have in this song is totally unique!
That "round" tone is youre ticket to fame! (mixed with "normal" and edgy)
Some great singers have fantastic range, great vibratos or some other caractaristics that sets them apart from the masses - this is yours!
So - I'm frustrated that you dont seem to realize this as newer material from you doesnt use much of this round (or edgy) "voice"
To sum it up - this song is the bomb, mainly because of how you sing it - be bold in your future work - I predict a bright future for you!
